  • Is there a deadline for registration to the game?
    • No, you may register and start playing at any time throughout the season.
  • What does early registration get me?
    • Early registration will provide an advantage since you can start preparing your team for the season earlier.
    • Additionally, you can start earning game currencies earlier from the daily prizes and prize boxes distributed in the game.
  • Why should I register via Facebook?
    • Faster and easier login.
    • A more secure account.
    • A faster registration process.
    • Free bonus tokens!

Transactions

  • Can I get a refund on tokens?
    • Tokens cannot be refunded, however, if you have tokens left at the end of the season, you can carry them over to the next season.
  • Can tokens be transferred between users?
    • No. Tokens cannot be transferred from one user to another.
  • Can a completed transaction be canceled?
    • Purchases may be canceled in some cases, when there is suspicion of fraud and\or illegal use of the credit card. In such cases, please contact our support team at: support@real-manager.club
  • What happens to my tokens at the end of the season?
    • If any tokens are left at the end of the season, an automatic Email will be sent to the Email address used for your registration. The Email will contain a code which may be used during the next season to transfer the tokens to your new team.
  • I purchased an item, but I didn’t get it!
    • Some actions might be delayed in the system for up to several hours. If it's taking too long, please contact our support team at: support@real-manager.club We'll be sure to contact you and investigate the situation.
  • Does the system save any payment details?
    • All transactions are carried out via a secure 3rd party. Our systems does not save any payment method details.

Friends & Friends leagues

  • How do I invite a friend to a league I created?
    • For a private league: A joining request must be sent and then approved by the league manager.
    • For a public league: No Invitations are needed.
  • How do I join a private league?
    • To join a private league, you must send a request to join. The approval of your request is up to said league's manager.
  • How do I open a league for my friends?
    • To open a new friends league, go to the "Rankings" page. In the process of opening a league you will choose its name, logo and description. The league may be found by searching for it by name or its league ID.
  • Can I register to or open several leagues?
    • Users can create or join up to five friends leagues.

My Team

  • What are the valid team formations?
    • Valid team formations must include 11 players as follows:
    • 1 goalkeeper
    • 3-5 defenders
    • 3-5 midfielders
    • 1-3 forwards
  • What constitutes a valid team lineup?
    • A valid team lineup must include 14 players: 11 starting players and 3 substitutes.
    • A valid team formation must include 11 players:
    • 1 goalkeeper
    • 3-5 defenders
    • 3-5 midfielders
    • 1-3 forwards
  • What happens if my lineup is not in order?
    • In case of an invalid team lineup, a warning will appear on "My Team" page. An invalid team will not be able to earn points.
  • When can I change my team lineup?
    • The lineup can be changed throughout the week.

Game Currencies

  • What are the conditions for substitutions after the gameweek has begun?
    • After the gameweek has begun, you may only use the LIVE substitutions feature to change your team lineup.
  • What is the difference between team budget and transfer budget?
    • The transfer budget is used solely for signing players to your team.
    • The team budget is used for a variety of actions performed in the club like hiring coaches, performing training and upgrading different departments in the club.
  • How can I increase my team budget?
    • Additional funds can be purchased in the store.
    • Beyond that, the game offers a variety of rewards and chests to the users, from which they can receive more funds.
    • The transfer budget can only be increased by the good performances of your team's players (and then selling them for a profit).
  • What is a sponsor and what is its purpose?
    • A team sponsor is a commercial body that sponsors your team. The sponsor awards the club with funds for the team budget according to its performance every week.
    • Additionally, the sponsor provides a one time grant to the team budget and tokens as a signing bonus.
    • A successful team will have better sponsors willing to sponsor it. The better the sponsor, the better the terms of its contract.
  • What is the "transfer market"?
    • The transfer market is a place were you may strengthen your team by signing or selling players from your squad. The transfer market is open throughout the season.
  • What happens when a player is released from his real team and moves to a different team or league?
    • The game updates automatically on transfers and releases of players in the league.
    • In the event that one of your team's players moves to another team or leaves the league, causing your team to deviate from regulations, you will receive a notification and will have to release\sell that player.
    • An invalid team will not be able to earn points for matches played until all necessary changes have been made.

Match Data

  • When are the league match results and my team's score updated?
    • All match results, players and team points will be updated up to 4 hours after the end of the gameweek.
    • Corrections and changes to the scoring may occur up to 48 hours after the end of the match.
  • What happens if the match results have been changed after the match has ended?
    • In any event where the match details are changed (yellow/red card, goals canceled or assists), the changes will be updated automatically, and the scoring will be updated accordingly.
  • How is player value determined?
    • Player values are determined by the system at the beginning of the season and are automatically changed during the season.
    • A player's value depends on his demand in the game, his performances and other factors weighed together to determine his price at any point during the season.
  • What happens if a certain match is canceled or postponed?
    • A game that is postponed - the scoring for that game will be updated immediately after the match's conclusion.
    • In some cases , the match might be canceled. In such an event, the players of that specific match will not receive any points.

Training

  • How does the training system work?
    • On the "training" page, you can see your squad and choose the players you wish to train.
    • A player can be trained for a number of roles \ actions (You will have to choose your team's strategy - i.e. which positions you should focus on).
  • What does it mean to train a player?
    • The training directly influences the player's scores for the actions\positions trained.

Registration

  • What is the role of the coach?
    • The coach is responsible for improving the players and increasing the points they earn for the trained actions.
    • To train players, the club should hire coaches for player's personal training.
  • How can I hire more coaches?
    • The maximum coaches allowed for hire is 4.
    • Coaches can be hired or fired throughout the season.
    • A list of available coaches can be found on the "Training" page by pressing the coach button.
  • What are the differences between coaches?
    • All coaches are unique. Coaches differ from one another in their specializations. Some coaches specialize in offensive training, and thus, this type of training is performed faster by those coaches compared to coaches that specialize in a different area or with no specialization at all.
    • Additionally, the coach's level of specialization effects the training level he may bestow. Some of the coaches can train up to a level of 3 stars while others can train up to 4 or 5 stars. This, of course, effects the coach's price.
